2nd Step: This is where you discuss what you want out of your custom-built home. There will be a lot of different professionals from different fields like Architectural, Mechanical, Structural engineers, among others. 3rd Step: Now you’ll have to get the government’s permission to build your home in the place that you want to.
4th Step: This is the last and the most tedious step; construction. Here, your house is finally built from top to bottom.
